Trafalgar Square Condominiums is a luxury condominium development consisting of 150 dwelling units located South of Lincoln Avenue and East of the Chicago-Milwaukee St. Paul Railroad in Morton Grove, Illinois. The project is part of a larger development of new construction in the area. The current use of the site is a warehouse and distribution center for Schwartz Paper Company with access from Lincoln Ave. This building is a portion of an industrial site that extends east to a factory building located on Austin Avenue. The site as a whole is in the process of being converted to residential use. Directly northeast of the property is an existing single family home subdivision. |

Each building will be 40 units, 5 stories, with 2 elevators and ground floor indoor parking. Each building is constructed of solid brick and cement block with a concrete floor panel system, fully sprinklered. The lobbies will feature a classic design with oak trim and ceramic tile. Also each building will have party room with a full kitchen. |
The design is completed for a new 60 unit condominium building located at 77 N Wolf Rd. in the City of Northlake. Neri Companies is working closely with Wolf Ridge Development LLC to complete the plans and begin construction of this 6 story building, which will include 2 levels of parking and a variety of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. The grand opening of the sales center, located at 101 N. Wolf Road, was May 1st, 2006. |
This six story building is a 41-unit residential / commercial structure with enclosed parking and shops situated on the ground floor. The five floors above contain one, two and three bedroom residential units, all of which offer exterior balconies. The three bedroom units, located on the top 2 floors, incorporate dramatic two story spaces with loft master bedrooms opening to corner sky terraces. |
A two phase condominium development consisting of 4-1/2-story masonry and concrete structures. A project for a banking establishment was a retrofit and addition to an existing warehouse. The new facility makes extensive use of skylights in 2-story spaces to bring light to interior spaces resulting in a more comfortable and pleasant place to work and bank. Incorporated into the existing structure are an interior drive thru, protected vault, elevator, and interior roof deck off of a second floor lunchroom. As a requirement of modern banking facilities, extensive computer and communications network wiring had to be installed and electrical and mechanical systems updated. |
An extensive retrofit of an existing building in an industrial park for a client with unique needs. Newly housed within the facility is a system of specialized machine tools with specific electrical and mechanical requirements. A large group of office suites equipped with the latest technology in communications and computer networking are located at the front of the building along with a fleet garage in the rear. |
